BNV : রাজা য়োশিয জেরুশালেমে প্রভুর জন্য নিস্তারপর্ব উদয়াপন করেছিলেন| প্রথম মাসের 14 দিনে তারা নিস্তারপর্বের মেষটি বলিদান করে|
KJV : Moreover Josiah kept a passover unto the LORD in Jerusalem: and they killed the passover on the fourteenth [day] of the first month.
YLT : And Josiah maketh in Jerusalem a passover to Jehovah, and they slaughter the passover-offering on the fourteenth of the first month,

BNV : য়োশিয তাদের দায়িত্ব পালনের জন্য যাজকদের বেছে নিয়েছিলেন এবং প্রভুর মন্দিরে কাজকর্ম করার সময় তিনি তাদের উত্সাহিত করেছিলেন|
KJV : And he set the priests in their charges, and encouraged them to the service of the house of the LORD,

BNV : যে সমস্ত লেবীয়রা ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের শিক্ষাদান করতেন এবং প্রভুর সেবার জন্য য়াঁরা পৃথকভাবে সমর্পিত ছিলেন, য়োশিয তাঁদের বলেছিলেন, “পবিত্র সিন্দুকটি রাজা দাযূদের সন্তান শলোমনের বানানো মন্দিরে রেখে দাও| ওটা কাঁধে বয়ে নিয়ে বিভিন্ন জায়গায় ঘুরে বেড়ানোর তোমাদের আর কোনো প্রযোজন নেই| এবার মন দিয়ে তোমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বর, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর ও ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের সেবা করো|
KJV : And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; [it shall] not [be] a burden upon [your] shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,
YLT : and saith to the Levites -- who are teaching all Israel -- who are sanctified to Jehovah, `Put the holy ark in the house that Solomon son of David king of Israel built; it is not to you a burden on the shoulder. `Now, serve Jehovah your God, and His people Israel,

ERVEN : He spoke to the Levites who taught the Israelites and who were made holy for service to the Lord. He said to the Levites, "Put the Holy Box in the Temple that Solomon built. Solomon was David's son. David was king of Israel. Don't carry the Holy Box from place to place on your shoulders again. Now serve the Lord your God and his people, the Israelites.

BNV : পরিবারগোষ্ঠী অনুযায়ীমন্দিরের সেবার জন্য নিজেদের প্রস্তুত রাখো| রাজা দায়ূদ ও তাঁর সন্তান তোমাদের জন্য যে কর্তব্য বিধান করেছেন মন প্রাণ দিয়ে তা পালন করো|
KJV : And prepare [yourselves] by the houses of your fathers, after your courses, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.
YLT : and prepare, by the house of your fathers, according to your courses, by the writing of David king of Israel, and by the writing of Solomon his son,

BNV : যাও, লোকদের বিভিন্ন পরিবারের জন্য নির্দ্দিষ্ট মন্দিরের পবিত্র স্থানে লেবীয়গোষ্ঠীর সঙ্গে দাঁড়াও|
KJV : And stand in the holy [place] according to the divisions of the families of the fathers of your brethren the people, and [after] the division of the families of the Levites.
YLT : and stand in the sanctuary, by the divisions of the house of the fathers of your brethren, sons of the people, and the portion of the house of a father of the Levites,
RV : And stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the fathers- houses of your brethren the children of the people, and {cf15i let there be for each} a portion of a fathers- house of the Levites.

ERVEN : Stand in the Holy Place with a group of Levites. Do this for each different tribe of the people so that you can help them.

BNV : নিস্তারপর্বের মেষগুলো বলি দাও, প্রভুর জন্য নিজেদের শুদ্ধ ও পবিত্র করে তোলো| তোমাদের ভাইদের জন্য মেষগুলো প্রস্তুত করে রাখো| এসো, প্রভু মোশির মাধ্যমে আমাদের যা যা করতে আদেশ দিয়েছেন আমরা সেই সব করি|”
KJV : So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that [they] may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
YLT : and slaughter the passover-offering and sanctify yourselves, and prepare for your brethren, to do according to the word of Jehovah by the hand of Moses.`

BNV : নিস্তারপর্বে বলি দেবার জন্য য়োশিয ইস্রায়েলের লোকদের নিজের গবাদি পশু থেকে 30,000 ছাগল ও মেষ ছাড়াও আরো 3,000 ষাঁড় দিয়েছিলেন|
KJV : And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these [were] of the king’s substance.
YLT : And Josiah lifteth up to the sons of the people a flock of lambs and young goats, the whole for passover-offerings, for every one who is found, to the number of thirty thousand, and oxen three thousand: these [are] from the substance of the king.

ESV : Then Josiah contributed to the lay people, as Passover offerings for all who were present, lambs and young goats from the flock to the number of 30,000, and 3,000 bulls; these were from the king's possessions.
ERVEN : Josiah gave the Israelites 30,000 sheep and goats to kill for the Passover sacrifices. He also gave 3000 cattle to the people. All these animals were from King Josiah's own animals.

BNV : য়োশিযর অধীনস্থ উচ্চপদস্থ আধিকারিকরাও মুক্ত হস্তে নিস্তারপর্ব উদ্য়াপনের জন্য লেবীয় ও যাজকবর্গ লোকদের বিভিন্ন পশু ও জিনিসপত্র দান করেছিলেন| প্রভুর মন্দিরের প্রধান আধিকারিক হিল্কিয, সখরিয় এবং য়িহীযেল যাজকদের কাছে 2,600 টি মেষ ও ছাগল এবং 300 টি ষাঁড় দান করেছিলেন|
KJV : And his princes gave willingly unto the people, to the priests, and to the Levites: Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of the house of God, gave unto the priests for the passover offerings two thousand and six hundred [small cattle,] and three hundred oxen.
YLT : And his heads, for a willing-offering to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites, have lifted up; Hilkiah, and Zechariah, and Jehiel, leaders in the house of God, to the priests have given for passover-offerings two thousand and six hundred, and oxen three hundred;

ESV : And his officials contributed willingly to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites. Hilkiah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, the chief officers of the house of God, gave to the priests for the Passover offerings 2,600 Passover lambs and 300 bulls.
ERVEN : Josiah's officials also freely gave animals and things to the people, to the priests, and Levites to use for the Passover. Hilkiah the high priest, Zechariah, and Jehiel were the officials in charge of the Temple. They gave the priests 2600 lambs and goats and 300 bulls for Passover sacrifices.

BNV : কনানিয, শময়িয়, নথনেল ও তাঁর ভাইরা, হশবিয, য়ীযীযেল, লেবীয় প্রধান, য়োষাবদের মত লোকরা নিস্তারপর্বে বলিদানের জন্য লেবীয়দের 500 টি মেষ ও ছাগল এবং 500 টি ষাঁড় দান করেছিলেন| এই লোকরা ছিল লেবীয়দের নেতৃবৃন্দ|
KJV : Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings five thousand [small cattle,] and five hundred oxen.
YLT : and Conaniah, and Shemaiah, and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah, and Jeiel, and Jozabad, heads of the Levites, have lifted up to the Levites, for passover-offerings, five thousand, and oxen five hundred.

ERVEN : Also Conaniah with Shemaiah and Nethanel, his brothers, and Hashabiah, Jeiel and Jozabad gave 500 sheep and goats and 500 bulls for Passover sacrifices to the Levites. These men were leaders of the Levites.

BNV : রাজা যেমন আদেশ করেছিলেন সেই অনুযায়ীসমস্ত রকম প্রস্তুতি শেষ হলে যাজকরা তাদের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় দাঁড়ালেন এবং লেবীয়রা তাদের নিজের নিজের দলগুলির সঙ্গে দাঁড়ালেন|
KJV : So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their courses, according to the king’s commandment.

ERVEN : The Passover lambs were killed. Then the Levites skinned the animals and gave the blood to the priests. The priests sprinkled the blood on the altar.

BNV : তারপর বিভিন্ন পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর হাতে, মোশির বিধি পুস্তক অনুযাযী, প্রভুর প্রতি হোমবলির জন্য বলির মাংস তুলে দিলেন|
KJV : And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as [it is] written in the book of Moses. And so [did they] with the oxen.
YLT : and they turn aside the burnt-offering, to put them by the divisions of the house of the fathers of the sons of the people, to bring near to Jehovah, as it is written in the book of Moses -- and so to the oxen.

ERVEN : Then they gave the animals to be used for burnt offerings to the different tribes. This was done so that the burnt offerings could be offered the way the Law of Moses taught.

BNV : নির্দেশ অনুযাযী, লেবীয়রা আগুনের অাঁচে নিস্তারপর্বের মেষশাবকের মাংস ঝলসে নিলেন| তারপর দ্রুত লোকদের মধ্যে মাংস বিতরণ করা হল|

ERVEN : The Levites roasted the Passover sacrifices over the fire in the way they were commanded. And they boiled the holy offerings in pots, kettles, and pans. Then they quickly gave the meat to the people.

BNV : এসব কাজ শেষ হবার পর, লেবীয়রা তাদের নিজেদের ও হারোণের উত্তরপুরুষ যাজকদের জন্য বরা? মাংসের ভাগ পেলেন| যেহেতু রাত্রি পর্য়ন্ত এই সমস্ত যাজক সকলেই হোমবলি এবং চর্বি নিবেদনের কাজে ব্যস্ত ছিলেন, লেবীয়রা তাঁদের এবং যাজকদের জন্য মাংস তৈরী করলেন|
KJV : And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron [were busied] in offering of burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of Aaron.
YLT : And afterward they have prepared for themselves, and for the priests: for the priests, sons of Aaron, [are] in the offering up of the burnt-offering and of the fat till night; and the Levites have prepared for themselves, and for the priests, sons of Aaron.

ERVEN : After this was finished, the Levites got meat for themselves and for the priests who were descendants of Aaron. These priests were kept very busy, working until it got dark. They worked hard burning the burnt offerings and the fat of the sacrifices.

KJV : And the singers the sons of Asaph [were] in their place, according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king’s seer; and the porters [waited] at every gate; they might not depart from their service; for their brethren the Levites prepared for them.

ERVEN : The Levite singers from Asaph's family got in the places that King David had chosen for them to stand. They were Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun the king's prophet. The gatekeepers at each gate did not have to leave their places because their brother Levites made everything ready for them for the Passover.

BNV : অথার্ত্‌ রাজা য়োশিয যেভাবে বলেছিলেন প্রভুর উপাসনার জন্য সব কিছু ঠিক সেইভাবে প্রস্তুত করা হল| এরপর নিস্তারপর্ব উদয়াপন করা হল এবং বেদীতে হোমবলি নিবেদন করা হল|
KJV : So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.
YLT : And all the service of Jehovah is prepared on that day, to keep the passover, and to cause to ascend burnt-offering upon the altar of Jehovah, according to the command of king Josiah.

ESV : So all the service of the LORD was prepared that day, to keep the Passover and to offer burnt offerings on the altar of the LORD, according to the command of King Josiah.
ERVEN : So everything was done that day for the worship of the Lord as King Josiah commanded. The Passover was celebrated and the burnt offerings were offered on the Lord's altar.

BNV : কিন্তু য়োশিয এই সতর্কবাণীতে কর্ণপাত করলেন না এবং ছদ্মবেশে মগিদ্দোতে নখোর বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করতে গেলেন|
KJV : Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

ERVEN : Jeremiah wrote and sang some funeral songs for Josiah. And the men and women singers still sing these sad songs today. It became something the people of Israel always do—they sing a sad song for Josiah. These songs are written in the book, Funeral Songs.
